Most times it may not make a difference. Often it jsut comes down to the dollars and cents.

However, sometimes the offers can be close and a letter could tip the scales in your direction.

What can it hurt? Write about your family, love of the neighbourhood, history of family in the area.

You never know what might work and help you get the house of your dreams.
