Yet Another Record Month For Home Sales
LSTAR – The London and St Thomas Association of REALTORS® announced 854 homes exchanged hands in November, which is up 33% compared to November 2019.
This is the third consecutive month we’ve seen record sales, this demonstrates how healthy the housing marketplace is right now.
We continue to see an increase in the average sales price across the region in a market with historically low supply.
